Deed preparation...? - limited warranty deed
I must prepare the quitclaim warranty, and the shares of the warranty. How to give the family married and single games? If someone has a complete working example, including those who audit, legal information, etc. would be very useful! Thank you!

If you do not know, then you should not be filled.
You need a qualified attorney contact Real Estate, because if you do not know how to fill them, then you do not know all the legal aspects, how they work.
If you have a general warranty deed do not need a special warranty deed ... without giving reasons.
The "transfer" in the title changes with each state and the laws ... even if you do not know, you do not have the complete documentation.
John Smith and Jane Smith, husband and wife as joint tenants (if they are to another) - which also feature in other ways also married.
James Smith, a married man, and Jan Johnson, a married woman, as tenants in common (or as joint tenants, or whatever you want to keep this property, but not) community of property.
Charles Smith, a single man, and Amanda White, a woman, as tenants in common (or as joint tenants, or whatever you want to keep this property, but not) community of property.
Michael Black, an unmarried man and Janice Brown, an unmarried woman, as tenants in common (or as joint tenants, or whatever you want to keep this property, but not) community of property.
Single - ie, that it was already married (not necessarily the other), but are no longer married
Single - never married before
Married - married today
For tenants in common, be sure to show their interest (10%, 20% etc.), as is usually assumed that all tenAnt has the same common interest.
The Urbanization - Each owner has the same interest
No need to look at quantities in the event itself - it would be in a separate document.
Information for the notary, as a rule, there is a recognition, which requires a notary.
Do you have shares in white? If not, here's a site with FREE White Paintings (with the concession contract and quitclaim deed is):
http://riverside.asrclkrec.com/acr/FO.as ...
The site also provides notary public recognition.
These forms, I believe, are valid only in California but you can see the general idea.
Here's another site, the white painting is also:

It seems that the forms are in Michigan, however.
